The last Nintendo Direct that occurred in Australia, were shown the details already known about the new portable version of Big N and also announced the launch date in these two countries in November 21. The nintendo already said it will not be marketed the new model 2015, being only outside of Japan.
Another surprise of this announcement was the port of Xenoblade on the Wii, which still has a dubious quality, and other information between this delayed release of Shin Megami Tensei IV, Super Smash Bros 3DS, Pokémon Sapphire Alpha and Omega Ruby among others. The video you can check out below:
